Rambling on

Saturday! I guess if I had any sort of social life, Id look forward to the weekends. But I dont anymore. They are simply another day in my life these days. Good thing is I don't have to drive Brian anywhere, but that has become so routine, It doesn't even bother me anymore. This is all about to change on the 9th. Ill be doing something 40 hrs a week, full time school!!! Going to be such a huge change, going from no job and relaxing the majority of my days during the week, to being active and having to wake up every morning and do my school. I am open to all of it 100%! Bring it on!

Comestology Bound.

Tomorrow, Well I have n appointment with the Oceanside School of Beauty. I am super duper anxious. I am going with the HOPE that I can get a decent amount of fincial aid. In fact I am praying. If I can not get a decent amount, Ill have to wait until May in order to enroll. Once May comes Ill be able use the MYCaa, which the military gives me 6k towards my schooling.

Lets all hope and pray tomorrow goes well as far as money! :)

Good Bye 2009, Hello 2010!

Well the holiday's are officially behind us. As much as I love Christmas this year I couldn't wait until it was over. Although Christmas is not always about the gifts, I found it hard to enjoy the holiday having such low money this time. We are still struggling with the move and trying to catch up on funds. The Marine Corps still giving us issues on our travel claim. We are trying everything in our power to get all the right papers signed and so forth. Its hard when your in a different country then the people doing the paperwork. We are also trying to get TMO to reimburse us for the desk and chair they broke during the move. So we are waiting patiently for everything to fit into place.

Unfortunately I am losing hope in the Marine Corps. The way they have handle things recently, has me second guessing the core of this branch. They sent my husband to war, get gets PTSD and then he trys to get help and its been a huge game the whole time. He even wants to get out; He has always wanted to stay in, but he is so tired of all the bull crap.

Anyways, on a good note, both Brian and I are going to Education center today to try and see what we can do about school. I am going to enroll is Cosmetology school and he wants to do some online classes. I am so nervous, but its what I have ALWAYS wanted to do. We are hoping we can get some financial aid.

Well I do hope everyone had Great Holidays!

Crazy Time of the Year

WOW, So many people out and about. I know it is Christmas time, but I guess it' been a few christmas's since we were in the states. My gosh, so many people EVERYWHERE. Which means even more people on the road who can't drive. I got my errands done and now I feel good. Tommorrow we have Bria'ns appointment and I gotta send out some Ty Cards and Xmas Cards. Cheers.

Our Furbabies

Ok, so it's safe to say we have the craziest cat we have ever had. He is about 5 months old now, give or take some, since we got him at the Humane Society, so we arent 100% sure. Anyways, he is so funny to play with, although alot of times he does bite a little too hard, but I know with time he wont. But he is so playful its unbelieveable. He likes to run and attack Brian's feet. And when I move my hands a little he runs and pounces on them. Its really a lot of fun. And to watch him and Toby is just too funny. They really do entertain us.

RIP Brittany Murphy

This is so sad to hear. I loved this girl. She was so full of spunk and I love seeing that in a girl. Its too bad she lost her life so young. Regardless of the reasoning's, it still very sad to see her go. We have lost so many WELL named people this year. Its a little overwhelming. I know people lose their lives everyday, but the people we watch and follow their lives, unfortunately get more attention. Its just a reminder in my opinion to take time to be thankful for life and to love those in your life to the fullest. Always tell them you LOVE them because one day it could all end!
